are pleased to announce our AAA Instructor Workshop at Middle Tennessee
Driving Academy
March 15 - 19, 2010
8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Successful completion
of this workshop will certify you to conduct the AAA Driver Improvement
Program for insurance premium discounts and violator classes in states
where the program has been approved, and/or for fleet operators where such
services are requested.

To register, please do the following:
1.
Obtain from
the AAA Club South @ (813)288-7977 to get written permission to become a
DIP Instructor, and forward it to Middle Tennessee Driving Academy, Inc.
Attention: Randy Wilson, 1411 Mark Allen Lane – Suite G, Murfreesboro, TN
37129. An email message from the club contact will be fine. Send to tndriving@yahoo.com. This step is essential – we cannot accept any
instructor candidates without permission from the appropriate AAA club.
2.
Obtain and
forward to us with your application and payment and the most recent copy of
your state driving record. Instructor candidates must have no major
violations in the past 2 years.
3.
Fill out the
attached application form mail or e-mail it with payment to the address
shown on the application form. Payment accepted by check or credit card.
All AAA DIP Instructors
must maintain a satisfactory motor vehicle record. A record is considered
unsatisfactory if a major infraction is reported within the last two years.
Major infractions include, but are not limited to DUI/DWI, reckless
driving, license suspension/revocation, or three or more moving
violations/at fault crashes. Candidates with unsatisfactory records are
ineligible for certification.
Candidates must submit a
current (no more than 30 days old) motor vehicle record along with the
registration form.
The workshop is limited to
a maximum of 18 participants and may be cancelled for insufficient
enrollment. Please complete and

TUITION
Forty-hour workshop,
instructor workbook, and DIP program on DVD; $800.00
All expenses associated
with DIP for three years. Successful
participants will only need to purchase student workbooks from their local
AAA club to immediately begin teaching. Those not passing the workshop will
receive a refund for the DVD portion oft the tuition - (2 DVD’s @ $549).
A deposit of $150.00 or
the full amount must accompany the registration form. Your monies will be
refunded if you cancel your registration at least a week in advance of the
course date.
